The first step was to yank back control over my body that was achin' to pull a full spasm attack in the middle of the night. I swallowed two Robax and convinced my muscles to knock it off! Slept until shortly after 9. What a relief.
As today was an "eating" day, I really enjoyed having Shepherd's Pie to which I added some freshly ground sea salt on top of the mashed 'tater layer.
I was thrilled to have mostly really good vision … but had nothing to read. So I contributed to this week's Savage Love; too bad nobody wanted to engage me in a controversial discussion. Blah.
Spent hours just lying in bed in the afternoon. The only TV - apart from animation - was the nightly news. We had several drownings due to choppy water. Today's safety tip: never wear yourself out by facing a strong current; head to shore at a 45 degree angle.
