Well, I'd talk about it, but I'm in way too much pain. At least I had gelcap ibuprophen (and have taken 4 since it happened at 12:45 p.m.).

So, I'm retreating by lurching off to bed. Will be back tomorrow, I hope with way LESS lurchiness!
