The Good:
...renewed ell-jay paid account (yes, I am sheep) and added extra userpics (because I am an obsessive fangirl - oh, wait, should that go in the weird category?).
...started saving more icons (yaaay); stares pointedly at the gorgeousness of MS.
...ordered in Mandarin and the order-taker tried to talk me out of a more traditional dish (oops, weird overtones again).
...finally, finally began to write two fics, but it's trying because both Xander and Rodney talk faster than I can type!
...watched the last 10 minutes of Doppelganger about three times (um, sorry - no never sorry, weird again).
...just watched a commercial (which I avoid like whoa) in which a piglet was running on a treadmill. It was for the Royal Agricultural Fair and it was made of win.

The Bad:
...pain, grotesque pain (gee, I could guest star as a rock on ST:TOS).
...kids screaming, playing right outside my bedroom probably on the concrete structure (which they're not supposed to be doing).
...M spending the afternoon at the vet's wondering whatever is the matter with Miss Widge.
...This pales in comparison with the three above, but I've come to the conclusion that I can not winter my herbs indoors. First of all, no space and certainly I can't put them on the windowsill, climbing up the nice curtains. Secondly, I've been finding teensy bugs that I believe came from my supermarket plants (luckily, there's just a couple, so I'm throwing them out ... tomorrow). I'll have to ask John if he would winter the herbs under thick plastic wrap on his balcony, because I don't like throwing out something that is useful and good.

The Weird:
...stayed up until 7 a.m. and then slept until noon.
...any faint echoes of residual weirdness from above.

That's it for today. Now, I'm going to go back to reading. Or writing. Or ... zzzzzzzzz. Hugs to all,
H.
