Okay, so I was tinkering with my Profile. And I FINALLY have a wallpaper. ::cheers wildly::

Buuuuut, something happened on the way to the Forum, er Save Changes. I have run-on lines everywhere (except in the Bio proper where I put in deliberate line feeds). So, how can I HTML something to make everything behave? So, not only Bio, but also Interests, Friends, yadda, yadda. While still keeping the wally. Because, yumm. John&Rodney.

Could someone who is really a natural at this take a look at my Profile and come up with a good and easily implemented solution? Because ... still half-blind here.

Well, the subject line is just an example of how my mind is stuttering, staggering in a weak attempt to stay awake. Hint: it's not working.

But, first, the good news. Amazing, even.
I fell asleep last night looking at an Ikea flyer with the bedside light on.
I woke up Six. Hours. Later.
Not three.
Not the damn four.
But six.
Can I celebrate that for a moment?
I think there was a very strong mental component involved. No, I don't know how to fix it entirely, but I learned why I believe I was experiencing the problem. Sometimes, even identifying a problem brings one closer to solving it. And, speaking of solving, Brian asked me if I had any Air Miles left, because there IS a light stimulator available. I just looked it up. I have enough points, but I'm going to check it out on the net first.

Anyway, moving right along, I amused myself with bacon and a tomato for lunch. No bread or anything else.

In the evening, I gave John a call. I invited him over for fondue dinner - it appears that late Sunday afternoon will work. And I asked him for a favour: to get me some money from the bank, return my empty booze bottles and pick up some good beer to go with the fondue. It's a good thing that's all just across the street.

I finally finished the last batch of roasted veggies. I still have a few things in the crisper that I should cook tomorrow.

And, now, I'm going to succomb to the siren lure of sleep.
And keep my fingers crossed.
