Well, I'm about to do the first productive thing of the day. What? So it's nearly midnight and I'm about to colour my hair??? Well, as I said, nothing else worked for me today, so I may as well accomplish ... something. I was in a still-inconclusive bureaucratic tug-of-war. First they said No, then they said they were confused, then they said send us the documents again and then I waited and waited and waited some more. So, definitely Grr. With a side of Argh.

At least I've been running the space heater all day long, so I'm quite toasty and warm.

I'm off into the bathroom now. When I'm done, I'm going to have a Margarita and toss my shiny blonde hair about. ::groans:: Yup, such a terrific day.
