I've barely managed to keep myself from face-planting into the monitor. Or keyboard, 'cuz it's closer. I've just been so zombified today, alternating between food, reading and naps. Ahh. Naps = a lovely thing. I also had a bit of my chocolate as a treat. The coolness continued though it hasn't entirely permeated the indoors. However, I did have lunch out on the balcony.
When I emerged to cook supper (pasta with peas, tomato, kalamata olives and a red wine mist salad dressing spray), John was watching a couple of newscasts from http://www.democracynow.org so I pulled up a chair and watched the interview with Lt. Dan Choi. It's impressive to see how someone can sound bitter, frustrated, hostile and yet sweet all in one. Also, yeah, right, Dan's mama: he just needs to pray more!?!?! And, then, I was back in my room, merely trying to stay awake. But I'm about to give up early. The blade of my right foot hurts so much, that it keeps getting aggravated when I sit in front of my 'puter.
Okay, sleeps nao. Nighty-night, world.
