What happens when you wake up with a light display on the table and flashlight on the microwave lit?

Well, if you're me and it's 6:40 in the morning, you feel silly … because it shows you fell asleep in the twitch of a nose! That's how easily I can fall asleep most nights. No my body doesn't know I'm old … at least not in that regards.

Had an aggravating morning trying to understand where people are at on the Executive? Like the Volunteer coordinator who is out of touch for DAYS when we have a big thing happening on Feb 2? Or the sec sends me a handful of emails without proper explanation - they're all press releases for the thing. What was I supposed to do with them? I don't know. I asked, but no response. To add to my misery, I have snow blindness today (meaning there's snow in my vision). Yuck. But how appropriate that I made my routine appointment for April today. So one tiny thing accomplished.

At least I enjoyed having another giant mug of hot chocolate and coffee. Yum. And finally had the fresh pasta with smoked salmon wshed down by bubbly for dinner. Started reading the cartpgraphy book by Stephenson but I think it's going to be a slow go. Sigh. At least bed still seems the best place to huddle in. I think I'll head back there. Right now.
