Yeah, snow I can see VERY clearly. And it was extra sunny today, just to be sure I got the whole picture. ::shivers::
After a weird night, the alarm woke me up at 9:15, only because I had to have brekkie, make myself presentable, and then wait for my meals to be delivered. And I entertained myself with the cats.
Didn't have the discipline to watch any first-run TV, so watched the beginning and the dramatic court conclusion of last night's Bull. It was a scary epi, about a poor Latino boy who's given a full scholarship to a respectable prep school to be part of their wrestling program. The coach bullies the kids to not gain weight - especially over several years as they gain height - so they can still qualify for their weight category. This particular kid wears garbage bags, doesn't hydrate, does hours on the treadmill, finally using amphetamines, until he drops dead of a heart attack while running behind the team bus. ::shudders::
After that, I was happy to finish reading "No Relation" and compiling my notes, including toting up the errors. It's really embarrassing to see the author acknowledge his "eagle eyed" assistants AFTER they allowed the stupid errors to remain. Sigh. Publishing these days.
Okay, back to reading another book, even though the vision is diluted lemonade against snowy sage. Also … pillz.
