More like grumpy electrical emergency that began with a 3 minute power loss in the middle of the night and culminated in the frying of one of my power bars, necessitating an appliance move in order to get at the wall outlet. Which, of course, is so much fun to do when the temperature an humidity are at a sweltering level. While I was moving the fridges, I tried to see if I could distinguish my missing rings. No such luck because I had blurry vision for most of the day.
That's why I couldn't find the special church service, even though I'd woken up to the alarm at 9:20. So I went to bed and napped. I hope I can access it in a couple of days. When I woke up, I read (and finished) my latest book despite the fact that everything was blurry, but I was desperate for entertainment on a hot Sunday.
The electrical stuff isn't ideal, as I believe something is jammed on the floor, but I haz no sight to play detective. Sigh. Anyway, I'm getting my reward in a few minutes when Peppa Pig will be on TV. Yay.
