Which just culminated in half an hour of a power outage. On the day we had not only a snow but ice storm. Yes, I'm still shivering, as it's been mere minutes. Though I didn't have that wee dwinkie Sunday night, I did have it on Monday night for a well-deserved reward or observation of my obsession.
Why obsession? Because, dear reader, my sight felt invigorated last night and I stayed up working on trying to bend google contacts to my will. I thought I'd succeeded at 3:17 a.m. … but things didn't seem to be reacting normally. Then I had the lightbulb moment. Uh … blondie, you may want to refresh the account. I did! And everything works properly. Naturally, I was so excited, I had to remain awake until 4:00 a.m. trying to calm down. And, then, finally, bed.
I woke up at 6. Nope, not good enough. Then 8. Still not good but I set my alarm for 10, so I'd be up to receive my meals (probably being delivered by sled dogs, lol). When I woke to the alarm, I was groggy and my vision was crap. What else is new. Well, actually, it's been fine since I dozed off mid afternoon and all the way until now. Seriously, I just don't understand.
We had a long exec meeting and then I watched my judge and game shows recorded in the evening. I also have three other Tuesday shows, but I'll wait until tomorrow to watch them. Now that I have light and heat and entertainment, I need to do my eyedrops and take my pills. And hope to sleep in, not needing to pile extra layers on the bed. ::crosses fingers for continuing stable electric power::
