Hmm, I don't think they heard me in Australia.

My new tree is up. It's only 5 feet tall in a black iron pot; it has a narrow profile and came prelit with 150 lights and red berries and pine cones. And it was ON SALE! It is sitting next to the window on a small table covered with my holiday red tablecloth. Other pieces from the same collection (runners, napkins, etc.) will be used for the dining and coffee tables.
And, now, as I've been up since 7, I'm going to go have some brekkie. I deserve it. And, then, after that, it's back to dusting, moving furniture and going to my storage locker to get my RED decorations.
Is best Christmas feeling for a very, very long time - and I SO deserve it!
