Life is all about receiving 13 tulips!

An odd but mostly good day. For some crazy reason I opened my eyes around 7 a.m. Going online, I found I already had a message from a friend wanting to drop off a prezzie for M. Begging indulgence in order to jump into the shower, I was present to receive the prezzie and also 13 lovely tulips (yellow, orange and red). That was a great start to the day. I then surprised M with the prezzie.

Later on I made my patented (I wish) 3-hour rib recipe and that was my treat for the evening. Other than that, I watched AI (a so-so night) and my regular Enterprise.

And, now, I'm going to do the unthinkable again - and go to sleep early. M's taking me shopping for curtains tomorrow, to cheer me up after the whole tax thingy. I hope to entertain you tomorrow with news of retail therapy (on a small budget, mind you).
