Shredding through my life

It was a mostly unsatisfactory day for me. Let's see: my constant companions were pain and helplessness. Yup, not a good combo. Still, I did manage to clear away some piles on my workstation, sitting and shredding revealing intel that should not go into the garbage in pristine condition. And other stuff went into the recycling bin. Other than that, I napped, talked to M, watered the mint outdoors (as everything else had been rained on).

Later, when M and I were on the phone, I let the pain and helplessness get to me and started crying. So M encouraged me to try to strategize how I can receive the help I need (even if I don't yet know what help I do need - and that's another problem).

I think I finally finished off the supply of frozen bbq chicken legs and I also had okra (just with freshly ground salt & pepper).

I'm going to read for a titch and then toddle off to bed.
