La-la-la. Pretty toes and pretty hair make me want to dance.

So, I had quite a day. It was cool with rain expected. To offset the open-toed shoes, I wore a turtleneck sweater and my stained glass tunic underneath my capelet. I was picked up before 9:30 and at the mall way before 10. Enough time to get money from the bank machine. My stylist took me early and got started on the hair dye. She understood perfectly what style I wanted and I was just grateful that there was enough hair from my previous styles to accomplish it.

After a wee break and a chocolate bar (for lunch?), I went next door for the pedi. Chose my traditional winter colour, Big Apple Red. It looks fabulous! When I was done, I left the west side of the mall to walk under the overhang to my next destination, the drugstore. Well, at that moment, the heavens opened up. The parking lot was pounded with rain and large balls of hail. I waited until the thunder had dissipated and the rain subsided. Picked up a few necessities at the drugstore before ending up at the supermarket. Picked up potato'n'egg salad and two prepared sammidges as well as a shrimp ring

As soon as I got home, I changed into one of my nice black satin nighties with ribbons and lace. It doesn't hurt to look pretty while doing laundry! Watched my routine evening shows before rewatching The Orville. Still loving it all. Then I watched the season premiere of MacGyver. Always fulfilling (to watch someone whose mind is lightning quick). Enjoyed my shrimp along with a glass of Zinfandel for dinner. Sent a confirming e-mail to Brian, saying that I'm really looking forward to visiting him tomorrow. We're going to have Lots. Of. Fun!
