First, there was the wonderful self-invitation by Brian to drive over on Thursday, bringing with him takeout ribbies from Montana's. Yum. Yes, please. That was late last night.
Then came the ecstatic relief of yet another amnesia-blurred falling asleep and not waking up until after 8.
And then came the barely tolerable visit by the plumber who shut the water off. For. Hours. At least he doesn't believe he'll need to return. The contractor's guys worked overtime to catch up after yesterday's drawbacks.
Watched the usual TV shows and ate very little. I hope I have an appetite tomorrow. And, now, it's time for my blessed pills and blissful sleep. ::crosses fingers::
