Well, maybe not ALL of it.
Is it okay if I don't remember the morning (though there's a good chance I was in pain; I know, what a surprise).
I started fooling around on the 'puter in the afternoon, designing outer skins for my cellphone. The back is the spires of Atlantis thrusting up into the sky and the front is blue swirls and other patterns that complement the back. Hey, if TPTB are cancelling MY show, then I want to have a tangible reminder of it. And a pretty special looking phone, too.
When Brian texted me that he was on his way, I made a quick salad and put two chicken pies in the oven. I lit the candles and turned on the fireplace when he showed up. It's so cozy that way. After dinner, I showed him my breadmaker cookbook (he's impressed by all the recipes and the baking club). I also finished the skins and sent my order off. I originally thought it was free, but it was only ten bucks off. So, hey, I'll pay $8.40 plus $3.00 for shipping. And I'll have a unique phone. Which seems perfectly natural for me.
I placed my grocery order online for tomorrow. I've ordered flour and yeast. Now what could I possibly want those ingredients for? ::giggles:: Yes, I'm going to make my first baguettes. I think I'll invite John over for dinner. Hee - a live guinea pig.
Anyway, I'm going to toddle off and try to amuse myself, reading and perhaps watching a titch of TV.
