Let me begin by saying that ONE thing made me laugh today. It was SO warm here (mid 60s, I believe) and yet I read in SLOG that there was snow in Seattle. Mind you, it was probably there and gone, but I still found it a hilarious juxtaposition.

I woke up around 8; that made me pretty happy. What made me far less happy was being the human guinea pig for the is-it-edible-or-would-you-toss-this-in-the-garbage experiment. Uh ... the halal bbq beef patty with mashed potatoes and corn was NOT a breakfast I'd ever choose. It's surprising, because the halal meals have tended to be of a higher quality. ::sighs::

At least dinner cheered me up. I had another salmon filet, this time with lots of mustard slathered on the rye bread. After that, I tried to have a nap, but it got cut short after 90 minutes. ;:sighs:: So I got up and watched this week's Little Mosque on the Prairie. I know they're running out of story ideas, but I'm going to miss the show when it ends this season.

After many weeks of feeling too ill to think straight, I finally got back into posting comments on SLOG. Well, ONE comment at least. I still should go back to respond to the dialogue people were trying to have with me a few weeks ago. OTOH, last week's Savage Love had more than 300 comments and it took a LONG time to read through those this morning. I think I'll pop back to see if there were any more. ::rolls eyes:: Yes, you can tell it was a very placid day here at the Villa. But, then, I'm still feeling wobbly, so I shouldn't wear myself out.
