I swear, I thought I'd stay off the roller coaster but it seems I'm on the top of it (or a ferris wheel). Not that I'm complaining, but I wasn't expecting to have such a good outcome or at least the prospect of one.

I had a lovely meeting with my lawyer this afternoon (even though I was early and they were late, having taken somebody who was leaving for lunch). But we got a lot accomplished in the time anyway. And I learned IMPORTANT stuff. So, now I have to make a few more appointments. But ... hope springs again. Yes, I'm sure Brian and John will be rolling their eyes. But ::giggles:: they do that to me anyway.

On the way home, I stopped off at the supermarket and picked up my organic 'nanas (oh, my darlings, I've missed you SO much), milk (which I haven't had for like ever) and my treat: ice cream. And I had all three when I got home. Yay for potassium and calcium. Um ... or something like that.

I guess all that milky goodness made me sleepy, so nap time it was. And, now I'm awake and really, really, really want to finish my sad!Rodney fic so I can post it tomorrow which is when I'll be watching The Shrine. ::resolves to try not to read epi reviews before then::

Sending you a whole armful of hugs,
H.

I'll tell you (via e-mail), but I have to organise my thoughts first. ::shakes head and hears rattling:: Yup, they're all in a jumble.

Optimistic hugsies,
